“Do you mind if I take a picture for the paper’s style scout?”
“Huh?” The teen in the green t-shirt looked up at a smiling man holding a an expensive-looking camera. “Oh. Uhm, sure? Which paper?”
“The Tribune-Forum.”
“Oh, my grandpa reads that one. Sure, yeah. What do I do?”
“Just stand there and I’ll take some shots, then ask you a couple questions about what you’re wearing. What’s your name?”
“Rogan Samuels.”
“Pleasure to meet you, Rogan! And how old are you?”
“17.”
“Great, great. Let me just see how the light is here…” The journalist took a few test shots. “Looks really good.”
“This is awesome. I’ve never been in the paper before!” Rogan grinned for several shots before trying some poses. “Does this look good? Do I look cool?”
